Microsoft Corporation supports the Faculty of Computer Science of the University of Stuttgart with a significant donation of a PC pool. It consists of 20 PC and the wide portfolio of Microsoft's software. The PC pool forms the technical platform for the execution of research and development projects in the area of information and communication technology. There will be a close co-operation with the subsidiary of Microsoft Research in Cambridge (UK).
